AmViMed Publishers uses limited browser storage and related technologies to support sign-in state, saved articles, admin-managed settings, and workflow continuity in the publication interface.
Essential storage
Essential storage supports interface state such as active role selection, saved articles, admin-edited settings, workflow templates, and in-progress dashboard changes. Without this storage, some author and admin features may not persist across refreshes.
Operational preferences
Preference storage is used to remember journal edits, local workflow state, and notification template settings in the current app implementation. Users can clear local browser storage at any time, though doing so may reset local settings and demo data.
Third-party services
External services such as PayPal may set their own cookies or tracking technologies during payment flows under their own policies. Users should review third-party privacy notices when interacting with external payment or DOI destinations.
